perf tools: Don't allow empty argument for field-separator
Both 'perf diff' and 'perf mem' have 'field-separator' option, which causes segfault if passed with empty string. This patch uses previously introduced 'OPT_STRING_NOEMPTY' option macro to prevent fault.
