MIPS: RBTX4938: Add TOSHIBA_RBTX4938_MPLEX_KEEP

Browse Source 
Add TOSHIBA_RBTX4938_MPLEX_KEEP to keep MPLEX settings by firmware.
Also replace some printk with pr_info.
