6df29debb7 [SERIAL] Use an enum for serial8250 platform device IDs
Rather than hard-coding the platform device IDs, enumerate them.
We don't particularly care about the actual ID we get, just as
long as they're unique.

e605ecd7c8 [ARM] 2834/1: Remove IXP4xx board-specific map_io routines
Patch from Deepak Saxena

None of the board-specific map_io routines do anything, so kill them.

1c9cf6f986 [PATCH] arm: fix IXP4xx flash resource range
We are currently reserving one byte more than actually needed by the flash
device and overlapping into the next I/O expansion bus window. This a)
causes us to allocate an extra page of VM due to ARM ioremap() alignment
code and b) could cause problems if another driver tries to request the
next expansion bus window.

8c741ed74d [PATCH] ARM: 2835/1: Add UPF_SKIP_TEST to IXP4xx serial ports
Patch from Deepak Saxena

This allows the serial driver autconf to work properly on all the IXP
serial ports. W/o it we basically put the serial port in an unrecoverable
state and lose console.

Remove the pointless machine description macros, favouring C99
initialisers instead.

Initial git repository build. I'm not bothering with the full history,
even though we have it. We can create a separate "historical" git
archive of that later if we want to, and in the meantime it's about
3.2GB when imported into git - space that would just make the early
git days unnecessarily complicated, when we don't have a lot of good
infrastructure for it.

Let it rip!
