5b28aa319b dmaengine i.MX SDMA: Allow to run without firmware
The SDMA firmware consists of a ROM part and a RAM part.
The ROM part is always present in the SDMA engine and
is sufficient for many cases.
This patch allows to pass in platform data containing
the script addresses in ROM, so loading a firmware is
optional now.

9ab4650f71 ARM: imx: Get the silicon version from the IIM module
Instead of reading the silicon version from ROM, we should
read the SREV register from the IIM.

Freescale has dropped all support for MX51 REV1.0, only MX51
REV 2.0 and 3.0 are valid.

c7259df3af ARM i.MX irq: Compile avic irq code only on SoCs that need it
This patch adds a Kconfig option for the avic irq controller
and lets the SoCs that need it select this option.
Also, as we have two irq controllers for i.MX, irq.c is not
appropriate anymore, so rename it to avic.c

9d2c0ef76f efikamx: add leds support
The efika mx a 3 leds (1 blue, 1 red, 1 green) connected on GPIOS 3 13/14/15.
Also, some special care is done for default trigger of blue led for mmc as
the mmc host used is different between hw revisions

8f5260c8c1 ARM: i.MX IOMUX-V3 replace struct pad_desc with bitmapped cookie
The following patch is a first step to convert the 'struct pad_desc'
to a bitmapped cookie to facilitate adding platform specific pullup or
drive strength definitions to existing pad definitions without need to
rewrite the complete pad def.

The patch wraps 'struct pad_desc' in an opaque data type and
introduces macros to access the individual members.
This patch does not constitute any functional change!

fd2fa2e323 ARM: imx: let IMX_HAVE_PLATFORM_IMX_FB select HAVE_FB_IMX
This way FB_IMX can just depend on HAVE_FB_IMX and machines
just need to select IMX_HAVE_PLATFORM_IMX_FB without bothering

0f6b77ca12 powerpc: Update a BKL related comment
The commit 5e3d20a remove bkl from startup code so setup_arch() it isn't called
with bkl held anymore. Update the comment on top of that function.
Fix also a typo.

This appears to be due to checking the wrong permission bits in the
instruction_tlb_miss handling if the address that faulted was in vmalloc
space.  We need to look at the supervisor execute (_PAGE_BAP_SX) bit and
not the user bit (_PAGE_BAP_UX/_PAGE_EXEC).

Also removed a branch level since it did not appear to be used.

subpage_protection() was changed to to take an mm rather a pgdir but it
didn't change calling site in hashpage_preload().  The change wasn't
noticed at compile time since hashpage_preload() used a void* as the
parameter to subpage_protection().

This is obviously wrong and can trigger the following crash when
CONFIG_SLAB, CONFIG_DEBUG_SLAB, CONFIG_PPC_64K_PAGES
CONFIG_PPC_SUBPAGE_PROT are enabled.

234a71a7d6 powerpc: Set CONFIG_32BIT on ppc32
commit ffe8018c34 of the -mm tree
fixes the initramfs size calculation for e.g. s390 but breaks it
for 32bit architectures which do not define CONFIG_32BIT.

This patch fix the problem for PPC32 which will elsewise end up
with a __initramfs_size of 0.
