This function is defined once for each imx family and so is in the way
when compiling a kernel for more than one SoC.

This adds the camera device based on Guennadi's soc_camera architecture
for the mx31.
The proposed init by Guennadi was removed and must be implemented in the
board init file as it contains a lot of board specific info (memory
size, clock speed).

The i.MX35 basically features the same peripherals as the i.MX31 with
some differences:
- The i.MX35 has a FEC ethernet controller
- The NAND controller base addresses are different
- The i.MX35 has only 3 UARTs

The i.MX I2C driver has not yet been merged into mainline but it is
near to that and the device defintions don't depend directly on it
so we can add the devices now.

This patch removes the inclusion of mach/hardware.h from mach/irqs.h and
switches to more meaningful names for the irq related macros.

Remove includes of asm/hardware.h in addition to asm/arch/hardware.h.
Then, since asm/hardware.h only exists to include asm/arch/hardware.h,
update everything to directly include asm/arch/hardware.h and remove
asm/hardware.h.

This patch bases on the one from Daniel Mack. The most important change to
Daniel's patch is to be more generic. This gpio routine supports at least
the i.MX27 and i.MX31 processors.
