It's widely seen a MCE non-fatal error reported after resume. It seems MCE
resume is lacked under ia32. This patch tries to fix the gap.

Most of these guys are simply not needed (pulled by other stuff
via asm-i386/hardirq.h). One that is not entirely useless is hilarious -
arch/i386/oprofile/nmi_timer_int.c includes linux/irq.h... as a way to
get linux/errno.h

Using CPU hotplug to support suspend/resume SMP. Both S3 and S4 use
disable/enable_nonboot_cpus API. The S4 part is based on Pavel's original S4
SMP patch.

Initial git repository build. I'm not bothering with the full history,
even though we have it. We can create a separate "historical" git
archive of that later if we want to, and in the meantime it's about
3.2GB when imported into git - space that would just make the early
git days unnecessarily complicated, when we don't have a lot of good
infrastructure for it.
Let it rip!
