2d1d31dda7 mmc: vub300: Use common code in __download_offload_pseudocode()
Add a jump target so that a specific string copy operation is stored
only once at the end of this function implementation.
Replace two calls of the function "strncpy" by goto statements.

This issue was detected by using the Coccinelle software.

2ee4f62005 mmc: Convert timers to use timer_setup()
In preparation for unconditionally passing the struct timer_list pointer to
all timer callbacks, switch to using the new timer_setup() and from_timer()
to pass the timer pointer explicitly.

dde6256bf8 mmc: vub300: constify usb_device_id

2e4af7b655 mmc: vub300: Don't use mmc_card_present() when validating for inserted card
The mmc_card_present() function helps the mmc core to track an internal
state of the card device. More importantly, it's not intended to be used by
mmc host drivers to check for an inserted card. Therefore, let's stop using
it and instead rely on checking for a valid pointer to a struct mmc_card,
as it should be good enough.

90ab5ee941 module_param: make bool parameters really bool (drivers & misc)
module_param(bool) used to counter-intuitively take an int. In
fddd5201 (mid-2009) we allowed bool or int/unsigned int using a messy
trick.

It's time to remove the int/unsigned int option. For this version
it'll simply give a warning, but it'll break next kernel version.
