After Al Viro (finally) succeeded in removing the sched.h #include in module.h recently, it makes sense again to remove other superfluous sched.h includes. There are quite a lot of files which include it but don't actually need anything defined in there. Presumably these includes were once needed for macros that used to live in sched.h, but moved to other header files in the course of cleaning it up. To ease the pain, this time I did not fiddle with any header files and only removed #includes from .c-files, which tend to cause less trouble. Compile tested against 2.6.20-rc2 and 2.6.20-rc2-mm2 (with offsets) on alpha, arm, i386, ia64, mips, powerpc, and x86_64 with allnoconfig, defconfig, allmodconfig, and allyesconfig as well as a few randconfigs on x86_64 and all configs in arch/arm/configs on arm. I also checked that no new warnings were introduced by the patch (actually, some warnings are removed that were emitted by unnecessarily included header files). * Acorn ether1 driver (82586 chip) for Acorn machines
*
* We basically keep two queues in the cards memory - one for transmit
* and one for receive. Each has a head and a tail. The head is where
* we/the chip adds packets to be transmitted/received, and the tail
* is where the transmitter has got to/where the receiver will stop.
* Both of these queues are circular, and since the chip is running
* all the time, we have to be careful when we modify the pointers etc
* so that the buffer memory contents is valid all the time.
*
* Change log:
* 1.00 RMK Released
* 1.01 RMK 19/03/1996 Transfers the last odd byte onto/off of the card now.
* 1.02 RMK 25/05/1997 Added code to restart RU if it goes not ready
* 1.03 RMK 14/09/1997 Cleaned up the handling of a reset during the TX interrupt.
* Should prevent lockup.
* 1.04 RMK 17/09/1997 Added more info when initialsation of chip goes wrong.
* TDR now only reports failure when chip reports non-zero
* TDR time-distance.
* 1.05 RMK 31/12/1997 Removed calls to dev_tint for 2.1
* 1.06 RMK 10/02/2000 Updated for 2.3.43
* 1.07 RMK 13/05/2000 Updated for 2.3.99-pre8
