Masahiro Yamada 2c4da1a78a sh: remove no-op macro VMLINUX_SYMBOL() ... VMLINUX_SYMBOL() is no-op unless CONFIG_HAVE_UNDERSCORE_SYMBOL_PREFIX is defined.
