Linus Walleij 4c8e0459b5 net: phy: realtek: Dummy IRQ calls for RTL8366RB This fixes a regression introduced by commit `0d2e778e38` "net: phy: replace PHY_HAS_INTERRUPT with a check for config_intr and ack_interrupt". This assumes that a PHY cannot trigger interrupt unless it has .config_intr() or .ack_interrupt() implemented. A later patch makes the code assume both need to be implemented for interrupts to be present. But this PHY (which is inside a DSA) will happily fire interrupts without either callback. Implement dummy callbacks for .config_intr() and .ack_interrupt() in the phy header to fix this. Tested on the RTL8366RB on D-Link DIR-685. Linux kernel
============

There are several guides for kernel developers and users. These guides can
be rendered in a number of formats, like HTML and PDF. Please read
Documentation/admin-guide/README.rst first.

In order to build the documentation, use ``make htmldocs`` or
``make pdfdocs``.  The formatted documentation can also be read online at:

    https://www.kernel.org/doc/html/latest/

There are various text files in the Documentation/ subdirectory,
several of them using the Restructured Text markup notation.

Please read the Documentation/process/changes.rst file, as it contains the
requirements for building and running the kernel, and information about
the problems which may result by upgrading your kernel.
