Arnaldo Carvalho de Melo 7572588085 perf header: Fix unchecked usage of strncpy()
The strncpy() function may leave the destination string buffer
unterminated, better use strlcpy() that we have a __weak fallback
implementation for systems without it.

This fixes this warning on an Alpine Linux Edge system with gcc 8.2:

  util/header.c: In function 'perf_event__synthesize_event_update_unit':
  util/header.c:3586:2: error: 'strncpy' output truncated before terminating nul copying as many bytes from a string as its length [-Werror=stringop-truncation]
    strncpy(ev->data, evsel->unit, size);
    ^~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
  util/header.c:3579:16: note: length computed here
    size_t size = strlen(evsel->unit);
                  ^~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

README

Linux kernel
============

There are several guides for kernel developers and users. These guides can
be rendered in a number of formats, like HTML and PDF. Please read
Documentation/admin-guide/README.rst first.

In order to build the documentation, use ``make htmldocs`` or
``make pdfdocs``. The formatted documentation can also be read online at:

    https://www.kernel.org/doc/html/latest/

There are various text files in the Documentation/ subdirectory,
several of them using the Restructured Text markup notation.

Please read the Documentation/process/changes.rst file, as it contains the
requirements for building and running the kernel, and information about
the problems which may result by upgrading your kernel.
