Dirty pages can be associated with different capsnap. Different capsnap may have different EOF value. So invalidating dirty pages according to the largest EOF value is wrong. These guides can be rendered in a number of formats, like HTML and PDF. In order to build the documentation, use ``make htmldocs`` or ``make pdfdocs``.
