4f3243117a sh: ms7724se: add 1280x720 lcdc output support
There was no big meaning in the support of SVGA,
but 720p support is necessary for ms7724se board.
So, this patch support 720p instead of SVGA.

This patch adds basic kfr2r09 board support. Only
the SCIF1 console is supported with this patch, but
this patch and a proper sh7724 configuration is all
that is needed. Combine with an initramfs to have a
small RAM based kernel and distribution booted as
zImage from RAM via JTAG.

2c59b0b70b usb: m66592-udc platform data on_chip support
Convert the m66592-udc driver to use the on_chip flag
from platform data to enable on chip behaviour instead
of relying on CONFIG_SUPERH_BUILT_IN_M66592 ugliness.

This makes the code cleaner and also allows us to support
both external and internal m66592 with the same kernel.

It also makes the Kconfig part more future proof since
we with this patch can add support for new processors
with on-chip m66592 without modifying the Kconfig.

The patch adds a m66592 header file for platform data
and ties in platform data to the existing m66592 devices.

5713e60210 sh: pci: Initial PCI-Express support for SH7786 Urquell board.
This adds initial support for the PCI-Express module in the SH7786,
particularly as it relates to the urquell platform. Presently it is
only supported in root complex mode, with endpoint mode still requiring
more debugging. 29/32-bit mode and lane configurations are selectable via
board mode pins, and are otherwise fixed.

Only 4x and 1x PCI channels are presently handled, the PCI bridge still
requires additional debugging and stabilization in hardware.

724cfb9440 sh: smsc911x support for the rsk7203 board
This patch adds support for the LAN9118 ethernet on rsk7203.

The LAN9118 controller is hooked up using a 16-bit data bus,
but the rsk7203 board does not swap the byte lanes as needed
between the sh7203 processor and the the ethernet controller.

In the processor the CS memory window is configured in 16-bit
mode but the smsc911x driver is told to do 32-bit accesses to
improve performance. The SMSC911X_SWAP_FIFO flag is used
to tell the driver to do software byte swapping of fifo data.

e6be3a2586 sh: pass through ioremap() for non-mmu processors.
All 32-bit SuperH processors currently go through __ioremap_mode()
and check for IO_TRAPPED and directly mapped segments. With this
patch we simplify the MMU less case with a pass through version of
__ioremap_mode() which just returns the physical address.

The effects of this is change are:
 - fix non-MMU ioremap() of high address hardware blocks (sh7203 CMT)
 - make sure IO_TRAPPED is not selected

073da9c0de sh: Kill off cf-enabler with extreme prejudice.
Now that the rest of the boards that were using cf-enabler "generically"
have switched to setting up their mappings on their own, only the mach-se
boards were left using it. All of the cf-enabler using mach-se boards
use a special initialization of the MRSHPC windows rather than going
through the special PTE as other SH-4 platforms do. This consolidates
the MRSHPC setup logic, hooks it up on the boards that care, and gets rid
of any and all remaining references to cf-enabler.

This has been long overdue, as cf-enabler has been the bane of
arch/sh/kernel for the last 7 years. Good riddance.

d280eadc4f [NET] smc91x: remove "irq_flags" from "struct smc91x_platdata"
IRQ trigger type can be specified in the IRQ resource definition by
IORESOURCE_IRQ_*, we need only one way to specify this.

This also fixes the following small issue:

To allow dynamic support for multiple platforms, when those relevant
macros are not defined for one specific platform, the default case
will be:

	- SMC_DYNAMIC_BUS_CONFIG defined
	- and SMC_IRQ_FLAGS = IRQF_TRIGGER_RISING

While if "irq_flags" is missing when defining the smc91x_platdata,
usually as follows:

  static struct smc91x_platdata xxxx_smc91x_data = {
	.flags	= SMC91X_USE_XXBIT,
  };

The lp->cfg.irq_flags will always be overriden by the above structure
(due to a memcpy), thus rendering lp->cfg.irq_flags to be "0" always.
(regardless of the default SMC_IRQ_FLAGS or IORESOURCE_IRQ_* flags)

Fixes this by forcing to use IORESOURCE_IRQ_* flags if present, and
make the only user of smc91x_platdata.irq_flags (renesas/migor) to
use IORESOURCE_IRQ_*.

da2d7f4bc5 sh: update r7780rp interrupt code
This patch updates the board specific irq code for r7780rp. The new code is
very similar to the other highlander implementations, with the exception that
the r7780rp handles pci interrupts using IRL. To simplify the pci code and
use the same interrupt numbers as r7780mp and r7785rp we hook in to the
cpu specific pci vectors.

The pci interrupts and the push switch all work well with and without this
patch. CF and AX88796 are not ok though and the source of the problem is
unknown at this point. The AX88796 does for not detect it's proper mac
address (IPL gets it right) and the kernel hangs on CF access. As a workaround
this patch removes the CF and the AX88796 from the platform datain case of
r7780rp.

7216ddc6b6 sh: se7206: heartbeat needs 32-bit writes.
Most boards use 8 or 16-bit access for the LED bank, se7206
needs 32. There's only 8 individual LEDs however, each with
a 'special' value in terms of logical ordering. Go FPGA, go!

dfcb76089a sh: se7206: Make the I/O port routines less stupid.
The port routines were logically inverted, and the MRSHPC range had
no upper bound, causing 8 and 16-bit port I/O to get mangled.

897cfcd878 sh: intc - rework higlander irq code for r7780mp and r7785rp
This patch reworks the highlander irq code for r7780mp and r7785rp.
The same strategy as for the new R2D code is used here - the board
specific interrupts are now starting from HL_FPGA_IRQ_BASE. The code
for r7780rp is not touched due to lack of hardware.

Tested with CF, AX88796 on r7780mp and r7785rp. The touch switch
interrupt has also been tested on r7780mp.

a1fd306b88 sh: Fix up heartbeat build and resource size.
We were abusing the resource size for the number of bits, this
has been reworked using proper platform data, so this can be
tidied up now. Boards in general only have a 1-byte wide resource,
which the ioremap_nocache() case already handles.

8786c952c1 sh: heartbeat driver update.
Add some flags for the heartbeat driver, and kill off some duplication
in the bit positions for the boards that don't have special cases.

This also allows for variable access widths and inversion.
